While much of my work can be distance/virtual, for those local to me in the Portland area I also offer Light Immersion Therapy - a substance-free psychedelic experience that provides a gentle introduction to altered states of consciousness.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals from all walks of life who are seeking a deeper connection with themselves, want to address core wounds and heal trauma, or feel stuck in their healing journey. Many of my clients have spent years in therapy or worked with other psychedelic practitioners. While they may have gained a cognitive understanding of their experiences,they often find themselves still grappling with old patterns.
My approach is unique. It combines over a decade of training with deep somatic inquiry, self- compassion practices, and belief reprogramming. I hold unwavering faith in your ability to heal and transform any aspect of your life. My role is to create and maintain a sacred space, ask the questions that catalyze change, challenge you, and hold you accountable for the inspired actions you commit to.
